Refund Policy

Summary: Wallet deposits are final and cannot be refunded to your original payment method. Order-level refunds are available for eligible cancellations and are credited to your PawaBoost wallet balance only. Chargebacks are prohibited and will result in account termination.

1. Wallet Deposits Are Non-Refundable

All wallet top-ups — whether made via card, bank transfer (through Kora), or cryptocurrency (through NowPayments) — are final and non-refundable to your original payment method. Once funds are credited to your PawaBoost wallet, they cannot be withdrawn, reversed, or transferred back to the payment source under any circumstances.

This policy exists because our payment processors do not support reversals after settlement, and our upstream provider costs are committed at the point of order placement. Crypto deposits are inherently irreversible by the nature of blockchain transactions.

Wallet balances have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn as cash, and are non-transferable between accounts. They may only be used to place orders on PawaBoost.

2. Order Cancellations — What Is Eligible

You may submit a cancellation request for an order through your PawaBoost order dashboard. An order is eligible for cancellation (and a wallet credit) only if:

  • The order has not yet been submitted to our upstream SMM provider for processing, and
  • The order status at the time of request is PENDING — not PROCESSING, ACTIVE, COMPLETED, or PARTIAL.

If your order meets these criteria and cancellation is approved, the full order amount will be credited to your PawaBoost wallet balance within 24 hours of approval.

3. Partial Deliveries

If an order is marked PARTIAL — meaning our provider delivered fewer units than ordered — you may submit a cancellation request for the undelivered portion. If approved, a proportional wallet credit will be issued for the unfulfilled quantity based on the per-unit rate of your original order.

Example: if you ordered 10,000 views at ₦500 and only 6,000 were delivered, you may be eligible for a wallet credit of ₦200 (40% undelivered × ₦500).

4. What Is NOT Eligible for Refund or Cancellation

The following circumstances are explicitly excluded from refund or cancellation eligibility:

  • Incorrect URLs or usernames — if you submitted the wrong link or target when placing the order.
  • Private, restricted, or deleted profiles/content — if your profile or post was private, set to restricted, or deleted during or before delivery.
  • Completed orders — orders with status COMPLETED or ACTIVE where full delivery has been recorded by our provider.
  • Orders in active processing — orders already submitted to our provider where delivery has started (status: PROCESSING).
  • Engagement removed by social platforms — if a third-party platform removes delivered likes, views, followers, or other engagement after delivery, this is outside our control and not eligible for a refund.
  • Orders placed during known platform outages — if you placed an order after being notified of known service issues.
  • Dissatisfaction with quality — SMM results vary by platform, account size, and content quality. We do not issue refunds for subjective dissatisfaction where the ordered quantity was delivered.

5. How Refunds Are Issued

All approved refunds are issued exclusively as PawaBoost wallet credits. We do not and cannot process refunds to:

  • Your debit or credit card
  • Your bank account
  • Your cryptocurrency wallet
  • Any external payment method

Wallet credits are available immediately upon approval and can be used for any new order on the Platform.

6. Cancellation Request Process

To request a cancellation:

  • Navigate to your Orders page in your dashboard.
  • Find the order you wish to cancel and click Request Cancellation.
  • Our team will review your request against the eligibility criteria above.
  • You will receive an in-platform notification and email when your request is reviewed (within 48–72 hours).
  • If approved, your wallet credit will be applied within 24 hours of the approval decision.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee approval. Our team's decision is final.

7. Prohibition on Chargebacks

By using PawaBoost and making a deposit, you agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank, card issuer, or any payment processor for any transaction completed on the Platform.

Initiating a chargeback is a material breach of our Terms of Service and will result in:

  • Immediate and permanent account suspension.
  • Forfeiture of all wallet balance and pending orders.
  • Reporting to our payment processors, which may affect your ability to use Kora or other providers.
  • Legal action to recover the disputed amount plus associated costs, where applicable under Nigerian law.

If you believe there has been an unauthorised transaction or a genuine billing error, contact us at support@pawaboost.com before contacting your bank. We will investigate and resolve genuine errors within 5 business days.
