Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PawaBoost (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). PawaBoost is operated by PAWABOOST LABS, a business entity registered in Nigeria. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Creating an account constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PawaBoost. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that your use of the Platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you.

3. Description of Service

PawaBoost is a social media marketing (SMM) reseller panel that enables users to purchase engagement services — including views, likes, followers, streams, comments, and related metrics — for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, Twitter/X, Spotify, Audiomack, Facebook, Threads, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Discord, and others listed on the Platform.

PawaBoost acts as a reseller of services sourced from third-party SMM providers. We do not control provider delivery timelines, methods, or outcomes, and cannot guarantee specific results. Delivery speeds and quantities are estimates and may vary based on provider capacity, platform algorithm changes, or order volume.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date.
• Not sharing your account with any third party or allowing others to use it on your behalf.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at support@pawaboost.com.

5. Wallet, Deposits, and Payments

PawaBoost operates a pre-funded NGN wallet system. To place orders, you must first fund your wallet using a supported payment method:

• Card & Bank Transfer — processed via Kora. Funds are credited to your wallet instantly upon confirmation.
• Cryptocurrency — processed via NowPayments (USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, and others). Funds are credited automatically once the transaction is confirmed on-chain and converted to NGN at the prevailing exchange rate.

All wallet deposits are final and non-refundable to your original payment method. Once funds are credited to your PawaBoost wallet, they cannot be withdrawn or reversed back to your card, bank account, or crypto wallet under any circumstances. Wallet balances have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts.

6. Order Policy

When placing an order, you are responsible for providing the correct public URL or username for the target profile or content. The following conditions apply:

• Orders placed with incorrect URLs, broken links, private profiles, or restricted accounts are not eligible for refunds or cancellations.
• You must ensure your profile or content remains public throughout delivery. PAWABOOST LABS is not responsible for drops caused by profile changes, content deletion, or platform restrictions after an order is placed.
• Social media platforms may remove delivered engagement at their discretion. Delivered-then-removed services do not qualify for refunds.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted through your order dashboard and are reviewed by our team within 48–72 hours. Automatic cancellations are not supported. Orders may be eligible for a wallet credit only if they have not yet been submitted to our provider for processing and are not in a PROCESSING, ACTIVE, COMPLETED, or PARTIAL state.

For partially delivered orders, a proportional wallet credit may be issued for the undelivered portion. All refunds are credited to your PawaBoost wallet — never to your original payment method. See our Refund Policy for full details.

8. Prohibition on Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By depositing funds and using the Platform, you agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank, card issuer, or payment processor for any transaction completed on PawaBoost. Initiating a chargeback is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of wallet balance, and potential legal action to recover the disputed amount.

If you have a genuine concern, contact us at support@pawaboost.com and allow 5 business days for resolution before escalating to any third party.

9. Referral Program

Eligible users earn a commission of 5% of the order value placed by referred users, capped at ₦2,000 per referred user. Commissions are credited to your wallet balance. Referral fraud — including self-referral or creating fake accounts — will result in account termination and forfeiture of all earned commissions. PAWABOOST LABS may modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

10. Prohibited Activities

You may not use PawaBoost to:

• Purchase services for content promoting violence, terrorism, hate speech, or illegal activity.
• Violate the terms of service of any social media platform.
• Resell PawaBoost services without written permission from PAWABOOST LABS.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Platform.
• Create multiple accounts to exploit promotions, referral bonuses, or pricing.
• Submit false cancellation requests or abuse the support system.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, PAWABOOST LABS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of followers, account suspensions, failed deliveries due to provider issues, or changes in social media platform algorithms. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the NGN wallet balance in your account at the time the claim arises.

12. Termination

PAWABOOST LABS may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, chargebacks, or activity harmful to the Platform. Upon termination for breach, your wallet balance is forfeited.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved within 30 days, referred to arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.

14. Changes to These Terms

PAWABOOST LABS reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-platform notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
